Dairy Permits



Anyone planning to sample Grade A milk, transport Grade A milk, operate a Grade A milk transport trailer, operate a facility that produces Grade A dairy products in the State of New Mexico, import Grade A dairy products into New Mexico or sell Grade A dairy products in New Mexico must obtain the proper permit(s) from the NMDA Dairy Bureau. Dairy plants or distributors that need a Certificate of Origin and Free Sale or a Sanitation Certificate must complete and submit the respective certificates to the NMDA Dairy Bureau.
